Hi I'm Kristen

I was born and raised in Arizona. I married my high school sweet heart. I love photography and working with kids. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born into an LDS family of five. I am 23 years old and the oldest child. I was married in the temple in 2009 to my high school sweet heart, Conrad. We dated through high school and I waited the long 2 years for him while he served a mission in Argentina. We do not have any children yet, but hope to soon! I works as a full time pediatric dental assistant. I LOVE my job. Working with kids is so rewarding! They are smarter than you think. I am also a part time photographer. Weddings are my favorite, but I am just learning as I go! Some of my other hobbies are: making crafts, reading a good love story, and dancing/singing to music in my car (not that I'm very good at it)! Oh....and I LOVE to eat and try new foods!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into an LDS family, so naturally I was baptized at the age of 8. I grew up going to church and attending church activities my entire life. Following the Church guidelines has always made my life easier. For example, following the word of wisdom or not having premarital sex, I have been able to keep my body clean from addictions, diseases and choices that could change my life in a negative way. I know that this church is the one true church because of the Plan of Salvation. I know that after my time here on earth that I will be able to return to my Heavenly Father again. I also know that I will forever be with my husband and family members, so long as I live my life righteously. And I know that I will someday get to meet the sweet spirit that I lost through a miscarriage. Because of our Heavenly Fathers plan, this is all possible. I can not even imagine what life must be like without this gospel. I would feel so lost. I am so grateful for our Prophet Thomas S. Monson. I know that he is the one true prophet on earth today. I am also grateful for the Book of Mormon, I know that it is true. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by attending church once a week, on Sundays. I have a calling in my ward as a Young Women's Leader. I love my calling! I get to work with girls age 12-17 two times a week (Once on Sunday and once on Tuesday for a little more fun activity that still partains to the Gospel). I love that I am able to help the young women stay strong and get through this crazy time of life! The world is a crazy place right now and they are at a crucial time in their lives for making decisions. I am so grateful to be a part of their lives.
