Hi I'm Michelle

A wife of 34 years, mother of 6, a grandmother of 12 grandkids and looking forward to more, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love motherhood. In our almost 35 yrs of marriage, there have been times where I have needed to help out financially--legal secretary, front office dental practice, teacher's assistant, microwave cooking instructor, babysitter, etc., but what I love the most is being a mother and grandmother. Children bring so much joy in your life; at times, much heartache, but watching them grow, develop, change and become wonderful adults, mothers and fathers and wonderful neighbors is payday for everything you go through raising them. I LOVE BEING A MOM AND GRANDMA!

Why I am a Mormon

The Gospel of Jesus Christ has helped me to understand that I am a daughter of God. A daughter of a King. With that, it helps me to reach higher and become what the Lord knows I can become. There is a saying, "If you could catch the vision of the woman God intended you to be, you would rise up and never be the same again." The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints gives me many opportunities to serve others in many capacities. It helps me to reach and grow in ways I thought were not possible. I love the Church with all of my heart! I thank my Heavenly Father each day for a living Prophet who guides this Church; I am grateful for our Savior Jesus Christ for making it possible for me to reach my potential. I love Him.

How I live my faith

I love taking the Sacrament each week--it reminds me of what our Savior, Jesus Christ, and how he atoned for our mistakes. I love serving all the women in our Ward, looking after them, their needs, struggles and adversities that come to all at different times in our lives. I love being a member of a Church where no one is paid for serving in different capacities. It is a privilege to serve our Heavenly Father and be a part of His gospel here on this earth at this time. I love going to the temple and feeling the beautiful spirit that is present there. I love the missionaries who sacrifice two years of their lives, paying their own way, to serve the Lord and finding those people who are searching for truth. I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with all of my heart and soul!
