Hi I'm Brandon Colt Earnshaw

I'm a sports addict, I love being outside, I love my Savior, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I'm just a guy who is completely addicted to sports. I love the outdoors and enjoy doing physical activities. I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in three distinct areas known as missions, McAllen, Texas; Madrid, Spain and San Antonio, Texas.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have received a testimony of the truthfulness of this church through the power of the Holy Ghost. I know that Jesus Christ lives and is our Savior. I know that He loves us, and because He loves us, He has servants on the earth today. Authorized servants like Moses, they receive revelation about the needs of the people of the world, and tell us how we can improve and become more Christian people.

How I live my faith

I strive to live in a manner similar to Jesus Christ. I strive to serve other people and avoid the evils of the world. In short, I try to live in the world, but not be of the world.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

Brandon Colt Earnshaw
Absolutely not, we know that there is only one name under heaven, whereby a man may be saved, that name is Jesus Christ. Joseph Smith was just one of his servants, and if people are worshiping the servant, then they are mistaken. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is just as the name says, the Church of Jesus Christ. He is the center of the church, and the only man that has lived on this earth that we worship. Worshiping Joseph Smith would be the equivalent of praising a basketball that gets dunked instead of the man doing the dunk. It isn't logical, and honestly, has no purpose. Show more Show less
