Hi I'm Quen!

I grew up in Utah. I love to help anyone that I can. I love to sing, plus... I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to help people all the time. If I see a opportunity to serve I will go and help the person out. I'm a out going person. I'm an energetic person who loves the outdoors. I am person where to always go the extra mile on anything. I'm a fun, kind, friendly person. I smile to anyone I come in contact with. I want them to know that I have a cheerful countenance whenever I meet someone.

Why I am a Mormon

I love to be a Mormon! It has been the greatest thing that has every happen to me. I'm always a happy person to be a Mormon. There are so many personal things in the gospel that apply to me. I have had many trails in my life, and If I didn't have the gospel in my life I wouldn't be here today at all. I want all to hear my voice that: Jesus Christ is the Savior of the World. And I know that he knows me personally. He knows how to help me when ever I go through a problem or a trail. He knows how to comfort me. I love the Book of Mormon. I know that book is so true, and I can turn to it for answers that I have in things I must decide on. This book is so personal to me. I know that if anyone comes to the truth of this gospel, they will be so happy. I know with all my heart that this gospel is true, and it is for everyone on this planet to have this gospel.

How I live my faith

I live by my faith to the Strength of Youth Pamphlet. The standards in there are truly inspired. I have always loved that book. By that, It helps me to keep my standards high. It keeps me happy and free. I know that anyone living the gospel will bless there lives in many ways. I have lived to that where I'm truly happy and by keeping the teachings of Jesus Christ. I know that He is there and I know that I can call upon Him for what every my needs are, and I know He will answer my prayers.

Are all Mormons required to serve a mission?

No. All Mormons are not required to serve a mission. It's where they wish to serve and share the gospel to anyone they come in contact. LDS young men serve usually around 2 years from 19 to 21 years of age. LDS young women can serve for 18 months from about 21 years of age. It's not really set for LDS young women but the LDS young men have to serve between 19 to 21 years of age. Sometimes that young men who are converted to the gospel at around the age of 21, they can serve a mission up to the age of 25. (That would be the beginning of thier missionary service.) Missions are voluntary, but those who goes on a mission will be a wonderful opportunity to go on. If you can go I would exhort you go! It will be a most wonderful time in your life to go and serve the Lord. Show more Show less

What is faith?

Fatih is to believe something that you can not see but is true. Jesus Christ has given us the commandments to follow in faith. We may not know the reason why the commandments are given to us. We know the Jesus Christ and the Father knows everything and has given these commandments to help us to be safe in this life. The way is to have faith on Jesus Christ that he will help us get thru the way that we need to in this life and misery. I bear witness to everyone that Faith is Jesus Christ is essential to believe on him and help us get thru this life with peace into our lifes and help us to lift the burdens of other people.
