Hi I'm Aubry

I'm a fifth generation Arizonan. I'm a wife. I'm a mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am pretty easy going and enjoy shopping, crafts, running, and spending time with my family and friends. I am the oldest of 6 kids. I met my best friend Justin in 2006 and we were married in the Mesa Temple in October of 2007. We just had our first baby boy, Stockton in June of 2011. We are excited for the adventures ahead of us. Being a mom is one of the greatest blessings... he brings so much joy and such a sweet spirit to our home.

Why I am a Mormon

A friend once said, "In today's world, being a Mormon is the most rebellious thing you can do." I think that is totally true. I feel, especially since having my son, that it is so important to live the gospel in today's crazy world. The world has a sort of "do what is best for you and what makes you feel good" attitude. When I am living the way I should and keeping the commandments I am happiest. Family is central to Heavenly Father's plan and I am so grateful to be sealed to mine forever. I am a Mormon because I feel it is true every time I watch conference, go to church, give service, read my scriptures, and pray. I was blessed to be born into the church. My dad was a convert at 16 and my family will be forever blessed for his good decisions. I love the Book of Mormon and the Bible. I am a Mormon because I know this Church is true.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to do what is right. None of us are perfect, but we certainly can strive everyday to be more Christ-like. It's not always easy to live the Gospel. We all go through rough patches and bumps in the road, but if we have the desire to return to our Heavenly Father we can get back on track. I know that repentance is real and we can all be forgiven of our sins. I know that by working everyday at the little things, we can improve ourselves and return to live with our Father in Heaven.
