Hi I'm Frank

I've lived in Washington state all my life. I'm a Mormon convert.

About Me

I'm 61 years old. I come from a family of seventeen. I've been married for 43 years. I've raised a family of nine children, six boys and three girls. I am a general contractor specializing in heavy construction. My hobbies are antique cars and paint horses. I'm a hunter and I love to be with my family in the outdoors.

Why I am a Mormon

Having been raised in a poor family with many worldly issues, I knew from a young age that I wanted something better. The Mormon elders came to our home to teach my father, who was a born again Christian, and seemed to dominate their discussion. I arrived home late that evening, and warmed myself by the wood stove, overhearing the story of Joseph Smith and the first vision. It touched my heart and I knew it was true. After further investigation of the church and it's members, I knew this is what I wanted for myself and my future family. At the age of 16 I converted to the church. Being the only member from my family to make this choice. Over the past 45 years in the gospel, I've seen the difference of influences in the lives of those around me, and I am still so grateful for making my choice from that young age. I attribute all my successes to having the gospel in my life and knowing of the unconditional love my Heavenly Father has for me.

How I live my faith

I am so grateful for the many opportunities the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has brought to my life through various callings and missionary experiences. It has helped me grow and develop into the person I am today. It has helped me recognize the importance of Jesus Christ and the Atonement in our lives. My love for Him has given me a desire to serve in any capacity that would help others come unto Christ.
