Hi I'm Nichole

I'm an Air Force wife, BYU graduate, a public health advocate and educator. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a newlywed and newly-grad learning how to be both a homemaker and a career woman. I enjoy reading, cooking, yoga, playing board games, and pinteresting. I grew up in a military home and am now a military wife too.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church. My family have been members of the church since the 1800's and thankfully because of their faithfulness and righteousness I have the blessing of the gospel in my life. I have chosen to continue my own family in this religion because I know it is true. I know of the blessings that come from following it's commandments and teachings and I have a testimony that sustains me through my life.

How I live my faith

I go to church every week and try to visit the temple monthly. My husband and I follow the Word of Wisdom, pray and read our scriptures, and attempt having regular FHE. I try to listen to the spirit and do what Heavenly Father asks of me.

Do Mormons worship Joseph Smith?

This is a common misconception that people outside of our religion have. We do not worship Joseph Smith. We view him as a man who received messages from God to lead the people in righteousness (a prophet). We respect and love him for his sacrifices made in the early beginnings of the church which is why we honor him, but we do not worship him or find him equivalent with Jesus Christ. Show more Show less
