Hi I'm Dale

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a middle-aged husband and father with four grown children. My wife and I have been happily married for 30 years. I love sports and county music and our two grandchildren. We have a large extended family on both sides and our time away from home is normally spend travelling to spend time with family.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-saints (Mormon) church when I was very young. While you could say I grew up in the church, I still had to make that decision for myself that this would be the direction I would take for my life. I have studied and prayed and worked and have the peace in my heart that what I am doing in being active and involved in the church has brought the most happiness and joy my family and I could have.

How I live my faith

I have served in many church callings or positions and am currently serving as bishop in my ward or unit of the church. This makes me the one responsible for everyone's wellbeing in my congregation and area. Some would say it is a large burden to bear, but many around me help share the load and make it much easier to bear.
