Hi I'm Brandon

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a 20 year old college student currently serving as a full time missionary in the great state of Indiana. I love hanging out with my friends, working out at the gym, playing pickup games of football and volleyball, and honestly, spending an afternoon at the library studying for class. I also think that an occasional night of playing video games until three in the morning keeps Jack from being a dull boy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Sometime in my early teenage years, I began to read from the scriptures and pray daily. Through that experience I gained knowledge of the truthfulness of the gospel. I've never seen a vision or heard an audible voice but through my day to day experiences I've gained knowledge that this is Jesus Christ's church.

How I live my faith

Outside of full time missionary service, I live pretty much like any other college undergrad. I split my time between school, friends, family, and church. During my first year of college I worked with three other young men in our congregation of college students to help a group of 20 to 30 college age young men with their spiritual growth. We did this through planning Sunday school lessons, organizing activities, and visiting the members of our congregation in their dorms or apartments. Living my faith often requires that I give service to others, and I've found that to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of being a Mormon.
