Hi I'm Bree-N

I love eating food and planning activities. I am very random. I am the bionic woman. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I do my best to make the most out of life. I have never been one to sit around and wait for things to happen. I'm always planing some kind of activity with family or friends. Either a big party or just Friday night fun. Usually involves food and lots of laughing. I think old classic cars and airplanes are the coolest. I love creating things. I'm fairly artistic. Some areas more then others. I have lived in a few places growing up and even though I live in Arizona I feel my heart belongs at the beach where I spent the first several years of my life. Currently I am starting a new road in my life. A new journey. Most of my adult years has been spent getting my health under control. At 18 I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis. By age 20 it was in every joint in my body and I had become disabled because of it. I have been greatly blessed by the recent technology of the medical field. I walked as a crippled person for about 7 years. I was told I would never walk normally again and would still deal with discomfort and limitations. Now after having 2 full knee replacements I am a completely new person with very little limitations and almost no discomfort. Hence, I am the bionic woman! I learned a lot about myself, the things I am able to handle and what really matters most. I was able to find joy and happiness through suffering from great pain daily. I am exited and ready for the new things to come in my life as I try to figure out the new road in my life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the church. I always grew up with a great faith and belief in the church. It wasn't until my late teens, early adulthood that I gained a solid testimony of the church. I realized through testing my limits as a teen that living with standards and beliefs are there to help keep your life a lot less complicated. I learned that I am able to live with a lot less worry, awkwardness, problems and physical and emotional pain by living the standards of the church. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has helped me understand my life through the unique trials I have been given. I found that having faith and a close relationship with the Lord will help us through anything. With the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints I am able to have constant happiness in my life. I am able to gain a real purpose. My life is constantly being enriched by all of the wonderful opportunities I have because of the church. I am able to love and understand others. I know this is a true church. I know that Jesus lives. I believe that Joseph Smith was called of God to restore the church. I know all of the men leading our church today are also called of God to lead us through our lives and these hard times.

How I live my faith

The thing I love the most about the church is the great support system. The church is evolved around making sure everyone is getting what they need. We are not here just for ourselves. What kind of life would that be? Any of the ways I have served in the church whether it was teaching classes, planning activities, or helping with the music they have been the most amazing experiences of my life. I was able to learn and have my heart softened while I was able to see others benefit from our service. Making the sacrifice to fulfill the service opportunities we have rarely seems like much of a sacrifice at all. Through these experiences I have learned a lot about myself and made wonderful friendships.
