Hi I'm Adam

I grew up in a small town in Utah. I have a great love for the outdoors. I am a football player and Team Roper. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Adam. I grew up in a small town in Utah. I have had a love for the outdoors since I could walk. I love to hunt and fish and just be in the mountains. I played football through high school and I decided when I was a sophomore that I wanted to be a Team Roper. Just one of my many goals in life. I finally succeeded and got good enough to hopefully go somewhere with it. I love to work, to do physical labor. I started working on my grandfathers farm when I was about six years old. I love riding horses and hauling hay. I love operating equipment and working on it. I love to weld and work with my hands and create things that make me happy. I love to spend time with my family and help my brothers and sister learn new things. I have hound dogs and love the adrenaline rush of a good chase. I love life in the small towns of Utah and I would go crazy without the fresh air of the mountains. I'm a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

Why I'm a Mormon? Why not? I was raised in the church by parents who taught me the truthfulness of the Gospel. I knew it all my life but I still had to ask for myself if the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was His true church. The answer I received was sure. This is His true church. The principles of this Gospel are right in every aspect. The things that are taught in this church help me in my life by giving me direction and something to turn to for help. I know this church is true and I know that anyone who prays about it will receive a possitive answer that it's true also. When I learned for myself of the truthfulness of the message we have to share it was like a light turned on inside me and I learned more of the plain and presious truths within His Gospel. I know that families can be together forever and I don't doubt that in the least. When I was 19 my father passed away and for most that would have been a hard, hard trial to overcome but with my knowledge of forever families I never questioned. I know that there is life after this. This life is just a brief trial period we are given to learn. Life is short so enjoy it the best that you can.

How I live my faith

I live my Faith the best I possibly can. I have had the opportunity of having callings and responsibilities throughout my life. I meet the needs of each duty to the best of my human ability. I see the opportunity to serve as a blessing from God. I was able to serve a full time mission and was blessed to see much success. I was asked at age 14 to be a hometeacher which entailed going and visiting with those members in the area who I was assigned to see. I love to give service to those people who are in need of a spiritual uplifting. The lord has blessed me with many opportunities in my life to serve and I am greatful for each one. Serving the Lord has helped me become a better person.
