Hi I'm Matthew Webb

I grew up in Bristol and study geography at university and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi my names Matthew. I recently got married to the most wonderful girl, and we are expecting our first child this coming November. Currently my wife and I are in the process of emigrating to the USA which is exciting and stressful. I grew up in Bristol but have moved around a lot, especially in the last few years. I am a Lego enthusiast, expecting father and husband, and I am a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, which I view as a great blessing because it gave me strong foundations on which to build my life. Over time as I became a teenager and young adult, I started to really find out all about the teachings of the church. As I started studying form the Book of Mormon daily, i started to notice a change in my life, I was happier, i felt increased peace. As i continue to study each day, and pray to my heavenly father, my faith is increased and my testimony grows stronger. I know and believe in my heart that Jesus Christ lives, and that the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is his true and living chirch here upon the earth.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith every day. And that starts at home. Jesus taught us to love one another, and home is a great place to live that teaching, as i strive to follow the teaching of the saviour, My relationship with my wife is strengthened. another way I live my faith is in looking out for those less fortunate than me. I cannot walk past a homeless person without reaching out and helping, sometimes that might even be just having a talk with them. But it feels my with joy when i get the opportunity to speak with, and help them out a little along the their journey of life.
