Hi I'm Amanda

I am a young mom, devoted wife, a student, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a young mom to a beautiful son. I was married for time and all eternity in the Mesa, Arizona temple, to my wonderful husband. My husband and I are both full time students at one of the Lord's great universities. I love to be a mom and help take care, and raise my son. I am learning how to become a better cook, I love to sing, dance, and workout!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints; however, that has not kept me with a tunnel vision to my different options and own opinions. I had some pretty traumatizing things happen to me in my life, and I believe those things have lead me to become closer to my Savior and Redeemer: Jesus Christ. I know with out a shadow of a doubt that the Lord's love stems out to all His children across the earth. I know that He lives! I know that one day He will return again. I believe that through His miraculous plan that families can be together forever. I believe that there is no better place on this Earth (besides the home) than the temple-I know that the works within the temple are sacred and true. I know that Thomas S. Monson is a true prophet of God, and leads and guides His people on earth today. I know that the Book of Mormon is the most correct book on this Earth today, and it was a true gift from God. I know that the Prophet Joesph Smith was a real and true man of God, and that he restored the church to us in these latter days. I know that this Church is true, and if anyone wants to discover the truth from themselves, they only need to open the Book of Mormon and ask God if it be true, and if the Church is His Church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by going to church every Sunday (yes for three hours!). I love to go visiting teaching and getting closer to sisters in the ward! I currently do not have a calling in the Church but I have been the Ward Historian and a Primary teacher (teaching the younger children under the age of 12). I love going to Church every Sunday, and feeling the Spirit there.
