Hi I'm Page

I'm spunky and witty. I love to have fun and play sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the second of seven kids and have lived my whole life under the Arizona sun. Although it is over 100 degrees outside, the heat has not kept me from playing sports. I swim during the summer, but during the school year I have played volleyball, basketball, softball, and track. I also enjoy playing my flute and singing in choir. At home I love to bake and sew. Above all I love to spend time with family and friends and just have fun!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of the sweet spirit I feel when I live the gospel principles. I have seen many people fall away from the church, but oddly this only strengthens my testimony and conviction in the gospel. As I see others fall away from the gospel their lives become less happy, less peaceful, and less meaningful. This makes me realize what I want in my life. Many people ask why I "weigh myself down" by living the standards of the church, but I don't feel weighed down at all; in fact, I feel more free when I have control of my body and my circumstances. This gospel is so wonderful because it is so simple. Anyone can come to understand and appreciate the simple but pure message the gospel of Jesus Christ brings.

How I live my faith

I live my faith through my example. Being the second of seven kids I have a lot of younger brothers and sisters who look up to me and who emulate everything I do. I have come to realize that when I make righteous decisions they make righteous decisions too. Also in school I have been in positions where people look up to me. As an athlete many people watch everything you do. Knowing this I have stood up for other people even when it wasn't popular. Afterwards some people have come up to me and told me how impressed they were and how they wanted to change they way they talked about and viewed others. This makes me appreciate my faith in Jesus Christ and creates a desire to share it with those around me.
