Hi I'm Daniel Christensen

I'm a student at the University of Utah. I love watching and playing most sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports, especially football and basketball but I'll watch or play just about any of them. I enjoy reading. I'm tentatively a math major but we'll see what happens after the mission. I like to read, and enjoy watching movies but I hardly ever do. I enjoy hiking and hanging out with friends. I love music and listen to most genres and styles, but am not a very good singer and can't play any instruments particularly well. I am now also currently serving in the France Paris Mission.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I believe in the gospel and the doctrine including the divinity of the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith Jr. as a prophet of God. I can't point to a specific experience or time that convinced me the church is true, it just feels right to me, so I continue to believe and belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

How I live my faith

I live the word of wisdom (no coffee, tobacco, alcohol, drugs etc.). I go to church here at the University. I also take religious classes as the institute (of religion). Every week I go to a family home evening with all the other students in my ward. Family home evening (FHE) is a different activity but is a fun way to get to know more people up at the U.
