Hi I'm Adrienne

I'm a wife and mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married to my husband for 6 years now. We met while attending BYU-Idaho. We both received our bachelors from BYUI. We then moved to Chicago for my husband to go to medical school. While living there we had a daughter. After 4 years of attending medical school, we moved to the Seattle area for my husband to do a 3 year surgical podiatry residency. I'm lucky to be a stay-at-home mom to our beautiful and active little daughter. I enjoy running, cycling, designing, creating crafts, trying new recipes, playing with my daughter, and hanging out with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church so I've been a Mormon all my life. I have questioned my faith at times, like am I a member of it because it's true or because I was born into it. I've never had an "ah ha" moment where that question was answered. It was just "line upon line" that I got my answer. Mormonism is not just a religion, but a way of life. I know this church is the only true church upon this earth. I have prayed about it and have learned for myself.

How I live my faith

Being Mormon (like I said before) is not just a religion but a way of life. I love how us Mormons live our lives. Church stuff takes up a good amount of our time, and I love it. I have served in several callings at church. I'm currently the Webelos leader in our ward. I never thought I'd ever be in Scouts, but I've enjoyed serving the youth in the ward. The Lord is funny that way. He knows where we need to be serving and how he can stretch our abilities so we become a better person.
