Hi I'm Beryle

I love nature and kids. I teach children with significant disabilities. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am mother to seven children and grandmother to sixteen (so far!). I am a teacher. I enjoy being outside as much as possible so I can watch for birds and butterflies. I really like computers and other electronic gadgets...they just fascinate me! My idea of fun on the weekends is to enjoy a good movie with my husband and other family members or just hang out and talk with whoever will listen! My husband, children and grandchildren are my best friends.....I love being around them! My greatest passion in life is to help children in any way I can. I love to talk to them, teach them, comfort them or try to understand whatever they might need at the time.

Why I am a Mormon

When the missionaries from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints came to our door, we wanted to know about other religions so we decided to have them come teach us. As we listened, we heard the answers to many of the things that we had wondered about even since we were children such as how God wanted us to live, what God was really like and that there was a living prophet of God to help guide us. It all made sense to us. We read and studied from the Bible and the Book of Mormon. We prayed and felt the spirit. It is hard to put into words what it felt like to find the Church of Jesus Christ! I am so thankful to have the knowledge of the gospel in my life and to have the direction it gives me every single day in getting back to my Heavenly Father. The teachings of the gospel helped us raise and teach our children in the ways of the Lord. I am thankful that the gospel provides me with guidance and direction in such a way as to help me make good, strong choices and decisions. I am so grateful that our family can be together forever! I am happy!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my best to look for the good in other people. I have spent time teaching children, youth and women at church. I currently help in the library at church which gives me many opportunities to talk with and learn from other people.
