Hi I'm Ann

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was a wife for 61 1/2 years before becoming a widow. I'm a mom of 4, grandmom of 23, great grandmom of 41 (at present), an Arizona native, a retired school teacher, a returned missionary, and a voluteer at the Mesa Arizona Regional Family History Center. Some of my favorite things are family dinners, cooking, reading, sewing, teaching, family history, crafts, scrapbooking, organizing and putting on socials..especially for family & friends..How grateful am I for a church that provides opportunites to use the talents the Lord has given me to grow in the Gospel and serve my fellowman. I enjoy walking one mile six days a week at 2:50 am. This is my special time to talk with God... I'm 81 years young and I'm a MORMON!

Why I am a Mormon

Although I've been blessed to be a 4th generation Mormon I had to develop my own testimony of the church. Twice serving a mission with my husband was a huge benefit as I felt the Spirit testify the truthfulness of the things I'd been taught all my life. Above all, the knowlege I've learned about where I came from, why I'm here and where I'm going brings great comfort. Because I was married in the Lord's Temple I know I'll be with my family through eternity. These truths are why I'm a MORMON!

How I live my faith

Prayer, scripture reading, visit teaching, serving at the Mesa Arizona Family History Center, doing Humantarian sewing and weekly attending the Temple help me to stay close to the Lord.
