Hi I'm Tami

I'm a wife, a mother of 3, and a daughter of God. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My husband and I moved from Utah to Georgia 17 years ago . We have 3 children who are my precious "Jewels." I feel blessed to be a stay-at-home mom and a wife to a man who truly loves me. I am so thankful for the opportunity to live here in the South. There are so many amazing people here and this experience has opened my eyes and heart to know that we are all brothers and sisters. I love camping, scrap booking, a clean house, Ice Cream, my nation's Constitution, and playing games with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am very grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life. It offers before me a clear path to follow. A path of peace, love, friendship, support, guidance, and mercy. I have prayed to my Father in Heaven to know if this is the true church and received an answer to follow it's teaching and look at the fruits that are born. I have followed those teachings, prayed, and have felt the seed of faith grow inside of me. It has born good fruit. I have a testimony of my Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ. He Atoned and suffered on the cross for my sins. He has made it possible for me to live "happily ever after" with my family and friends. He is the Light of this world and I want to be a part of that light. I have a testimony of God the Father. He shows me daily that He loves me and hears my prayers.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by, first, teaching my children to live it and by being a good example to them. I want them to be happy and have the fulness of life that can be theirs. Jesus Christ can provide that. Second, be a friend. I love people and want to shine and share the Light of Christ with all those around me. "As I have loved you, love one another." Currently, I have the opportunity to serve my sisters in the gospel by being a part of the Women's organization Presidency. We pray for our sisters in the gospel, as well as those not of our faith. I also make monthly visits to assigned sisters that I personally have a stewardship over. This program has brought many rewards to my life in the past. I also work with the Boy Scouts. I love the Scouting program and the directions it gives to the young men.
