Hi I'm Josh

I love swimming, riding dirt bikes, wake boarding, and playing sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love swimming, riding dirt bikes, wake boarding, reading, having fun. I have been married since May 6th 2011 and am loving every minute of it. We don't have kids yet. But are planning on it later. I am going to school to be a pharmacist while my wife is a preschool teacher. I am currently working as a Car wash supervisor while going to school.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm not a Mormon because I was born into the church. I'm not a Mormon because my parents are. I'm not a Mormon because my wife is. I'm not a Mormon because my friends are. I am a Mormon because I have felt the holy spirit bare witness to me that Joseph Smith saw God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. I have felt the warm feeling in my heart when I have read the Book of Mormon. I have prayed about it, and I have received an answer from God that it is true. I have seen the countless blessings from reading the Book of Mormon, going to church, and praying. I know this church is true. I live it, and I love it.

How I live my faith

I attend three hours of church on Sunday. First sacrament meeting, where we take the sacrament or "communion". Then I attend Sunday school with my wife and learn how to better follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. And then lastly I attend priesthood, where I learn how to be a better husband, father, son, teacher, and a follower of Christ. Some Sundays I play the organ for church. Others I don't. I teach every third Sunday priesthood class and I help others become better priesthood holders. I go home teaching where I visit some of the families in the ward and share a lesson with them. I am always finding ways to serve the community, the people and the Lord. That is how I live my faith.
