I am a Canadian/American, a mother, a grandmother, a recent widow & I am a Mormon.

About Me

After 42 years of being happily married, I now fill my days with family, genealogy, making a historical tribute book of my husbands family, traveling anywhere in the world, preferably near water , so I can boogie board, reading, planting flowers, making friends & helping & serving others whenever I can. Life is slower now but I try & enjoy each day as it comes.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it feels right. The gospel principles are simple and the plan of salvation is so comforting. With the help of the Holy Ghost, I keep striving to live all the commandments of our Heavenly Father so I can endure to the end of my days and return to live with my Heavenly Father, my husband, and my family again. The gospel of Jesus Christ, when studied with a sincere heart and desire to know the truth, will feel right to you too.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to be the best person I can be and believe me it takes effort. But worthwhile and happy efforts. I work in in our cities temple, and I help others who are interested, to work on their own genealogy at our genealogy library. I hope that by being a good example of a LDS woman, that I am influencing my family members & my neighbors.
