Hi I'm Becky

I'm a craftaholic and bookworm and I can't seem to get enough of my two girls and hubby. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've been married to my ridiculously rad husband for seven years. We have two beautiful girls who keep me skinny (well, sorta) from all the running around they make me do! During nap times and late nights, I manage to keep up with my small craft business. I love the color red, and I'm known to always have a stash of licorice and Sees chocolates hiding in my pantry. I am always looking for another book to add to my embarrassingly huge book stash. I often tell my girls they aren't ever allowed to grow up! I love my family and want to be the best I can be for them.

Why I am a Mormon

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed about going to the temple so I could be sealed to my future husband (and family) forever. I know it is in the temple that we have the opportunity to receive this blessing. I feel so grateful that I have been sealed in the temple because I don't only want my family here in this life, I want to be with them even after I die. I know that because of my Savior Jesus Christ, his sacrifice for my sins, I am able to repent of my shortcomings and mistakes, and be made clean. And I know that being clean is what I need to be in order to live with my Father in Heaven again. This gives me hope. Everyday I have the opportunity to work for something that means everything to me. Hope is what the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints teaches, and that's why I'm a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I'm lucky because I get to stay home and teach my children about life and the gospel. I want to help them understand that they are children of God and that He loves them. I want them to come to know their Savior and love Him as I do. I also work with the women in the church. I help plan and organize activities that are not only fun and social, but that bring us closer together and closer to our Savior, Jesus Christ.
