Hi I'm Gina

I grew up in Southern California, I am a photographer, a soccer mom, a wife, a mother of four and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have been married for 11 years. My husband and I have 4 young children. I believe that being a mom is my divine mission. Motherhood is, and always will be the most important and fulfilling part of my life. As a stay at home Mom I take on many roles from day to day; however, the most important roles I will ever have are in the relationships I create throughout life. I love to do anything that involves my family. Together, we enjoy playing volleyball, snowboarding and hiking in the Colorado Mountains. I love surprising my kids with after school treat, reading stories to my kids, being a soccer mom, having family dinner, organizing and decorating our home, singing songs with my kids at bedtime, and going out with my husband and friends. I have a passion for photography. I love being able to preserve moments in time through a photograph. I especially love to photograph children. There is something so innocent and magical about childhood that is ever present in their pictures.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a child of God. With this knowledge, and as a parent of 4 beautiful children, it makes sense to me that God would have a purpose, plan and an open line of communication with his children. I believe that I was sent here to earth to learn and to grow spiritually. I believe that I am tested through trials, and that trials strengthen me and help me become a better person. I have always felt that I have a relationship with God, that he is aware of my needs and answers my prayers; He is after all my Father. God personally communicates with all who seek Him. I know families are central to God’s plan and that our Father desires for each of us to live a life worthy of returning to Him. I believe that family relationships are the most important part of this life and that they can extend beyond death –not just “until death do you part.” I am a Mormon because it feels right in my heart.

How I live my faith

Praying daily, reading scriptures, going to church, serving others, and raising a family all remind me of my faith and help me live a more meaningful life. Each day I try to be the best person I can be. I can’t say that I’ll ever be perfect, but I am grateful for the opportunity to continually improve.
