Hi I'm Lisa

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My parents are converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I was just a baby when they became members. I am the second oldest of 5 children, having 4 brothers. I grew up in the small but beautiful community of Rainbow, California. When I was 15 my family moved up to Coeur d’Alene, ID. I have been blessed to have wonderful people in my life from my family, to all of my friends, to really great teachers and coworkers. I truly have been blessed. I served a mission for my church in the UT, Salt Lake City mission and I loved every minute of it. Since that time I have gone to school to become a massage therapist and love the healing aspect of massage and touch. I am always excited to learn new principals and traits. I love teaching and serving others and currently teach people how to prepare their food in a healthier way.

Why I am a Mormon

I consider myself a seeker of truth. Principles and truths are one of the few things you can rely on. Growing up I recognized truths exist across the board. Anyone can live principles of truth. My best friend growing up was not a member of the Church but taught me valuable principles like unconditional love, dedication, integrity. I do know that there is only one true way to return to our Heavenly Father. It is through his Gospel plan and because of and through our Savior, Jesus Christ. I know the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true and that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only true church on the earth today. My life has been blessed by living the principles and standards taught in the Gospel. It gives me peace and hope in this sometimes crazy world. I am happy being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

How I live my faith

I challenge myself to become a better person. I have hope. I live. I learn. I serve. I love.
