Hi I'm Dale

I enjoy meeting new people, and I love to travel. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a Colorado native, growing up in a small farming community where I learned the value of hard work. I,m the youngest of three. I have two other brothers that I remain very close with and enjoy spending time with each of them. I attended college receiving by degree in Business. I served a 2 year mission in Ohio. I begin my career working in a grocery store. Currently I work for a loan company as a vault teller. I have a lovely wife, four children, and 6 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling , and siteseeing.

Why I am a Mormon

Being brought up in a strong Christian faith I always felt I had a relationship with my Savior, but I had too many unanswered questions. The gospel came to me from a dear friend, Rod and his family. Rod was also a co-worker, which allowed us a lot of time to talk about the Gospel. The questions I had begin to be answered, and I felt the love that this family truly had for me, Because of their love for me they invited two sister missionaries to meet with me, and teach me the principles of the Gospel. I then understood the eternal perspective of life, that life does not end here on earth, but we can have an eternal family after we pass from this earth life. I was able to gain even a closer relationship with my Father in Heaven and my Savior and realize the great love that they have for me. After much prayer, studying and reading the Book of Mormon I realized that it, along with the Bible, is the word of God. The Book of Mormon helped me to understand the Bible and again answered many questions. I am so grateful that someone cared enough after I asked him what a Mormon was. I know that the Gospel is true and that it has been restored on earth today.

How I live my faith

Even though I was not brought up in the Church, I was taught good standards. I strive every day to live by the standards I was taught and the principles of the Gospel. I strive to be honest in all I do and continue with the many work ethics I was taught as a youth. I was able to serve a two year mission after being a member a year, which helped me to continue to learn and grown in the gospel. I have found out no matter what you do in the Church you continue to learn and grow stronger. I have had many callings in the Church, and great blessings have come from them. I have had the opportunity to teach the youth and after a few years have had a young man come and say thank you for what he was taught. I love to serve our fellow men. Missionary work has been a large part of my life since I've joined the Church and I plan to serve another mission with my wife in my retirement years. I love to attend the Temple with my wife and Children as often as we can, and feel of the spirit that dwells there.
