Hi I'm Brianna

I'm a lifetime learner, puppy-dog lover, creative designer, beauty seeker and yes, I'm Mormon!

About Me

I'm a college student, studying Art History and Art Education. I love the potential art has to move the viewer and invoke thought. I love learning about different cultures and exploring my purpose in the world! As the oldest of five children, I strive to be a good example for my younger siblings. I have two incredible parents, and a plethora of great examples to learn from! I also adore my lovable, yet insane miniature schnauzer :D

Why I am a Mormon

Because I love my family so much, I can't imagine life without them. Everything about the gospel of Jesus Christ and the Plan of Salvation testifies of the importance and divinity of families. Because of the gospel, I am assured I'll see my loved ones again after they pass away. This brings so much happiness to me! Just as we are one huge earthly family, we know the same pattern is found above in a heavenly realm. We are blessed to have a loving Father in Heaven who watches over and protects us in our individual lives. We are also blessed to have a loving elder Brother who ultimately provided a way for us to be with our families again through His mortal ministry, the Atonement, His death, and lastly His resurrection. I cannot tell you how much joy I find through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Because of my life experiences and the knowledge I have obtained, it has become evident that I will only receive a fullness of joy through my Savior, Jesus Christ. The gospel that testifies of the divinity of Christ not only lifts me up when I am struggling, but strengthens my testimony of my purpose here on Earth at this time. I know God and His son Jesus Christ have provided a pathway through life for each of us because we are loved.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by becoming the best person I can be. Because I sincerely desire to be a wholesome role model for my younger siblings and all those around me, I strive to live in a way pleasing to Christ. Developing Christ-like attributes such as patience and charity for others is difficult at times, but I'm always trying to learn and improve! Because I seek to emulate Christ in my every action, I know I'm different than most people. I don't drink alcohol, I use clean and respectful language, and I dress in a way testifying of the divinity of womanhood. I attend church meetings, and live by the principles taught not only on Sunday, but every day of the week. By the world's standards, some may see these differences as strange; however, I feel pleased to know I'm developing into the best "me" possible!
