Hi I'm Bailey

I am a physiology and development biology major. I am going on a mission to Jackson Mississippi. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have always been fascinated with biological science, so I have decided to dedicate my time at school to learning about human biology. Also I am passionate about water skiing. I love to spend time on the lake and just swimming. However, I will go early in sun or rain or just cold, crisp mornings to water ski on good water. My family likes to look at a webcam pointed at different parts of the lake to see how calm the water is.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are also Mormon. Although, my parents have been extremely great influences on me; I have come to know for myself the truthfulness of this gospel. At a young age I had the opportunity to stand for what I believed. Often this required me to stand alone. However, I was never alone. I always had the guidance and love of my Heavenly Father. I have been able to see his hands continuously in my life. Many of these acts have been small and insignificant to others, but are so personal and powerful to me. I truly do know that our Heavenly Father lives. I have felt the calming and warming power of his son's, Jesus Christ's, atonement.

How I live my faith

I have done many things in the church and community to live my faith. Last summer I had a great opportunity to teach 12 to 15 year old youth about the Book of Mormon. It was a great opportunity for me to be able study the Book of Mormon and think of different experiences that I have had to be able to relate to the youth the stories that are taught in the scriptures. I am now preparing to go on a mission to teach others again about the gospel of Jesus Christ.
