Hi I'm Lindsay

I'm a wife and a mother of 2. I'm a nurse and I love exercise and sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom to a wonderful son and daughter. I love being involved with their learning and growing. I always have loads of laundry and diapers to change, but I love my job. I am married to an amazing man, who is loving, generous and humble. We have been married almost 5 years. I enjoy running (most of the time with a jogging stroller and two kids), and most sports. I am on a volleyball team with a group of women from church. I love outdoor activities such as biking, camping, hiking and kayaking with my family. I enjoy reading, especially books to help me be a better mom, and inspirational/uplifting books. I love to sing all kinds of music; my husband calls me a walking karaoke.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was blessed to have the spirit of the Lord in my home because of my faithful parents and their love for Jesus Christ. There was a brief time in my life when I did not rely on Jesus Christ, and lost the spirit of the Lord. There was a point that I knew I had to change, or I would have a very unhappy life. I prayed, studied and relied on the healing power of Jesus Christ, and once again I felt the spirit of the Lord with me. I am a Mormon because I love Jesus Christ and I know that through his church I can be happy and full of hope.

How I live my faith

I am far from perfect, but I try to be just a little better each day. I visit with friends and members of the church, helping with their needs as I can. I love teaching the children of the church, they have such a desire to learn, and they love stories, pictures and songs of Jesus. My main focus is on my family, teaching and learning with tem about doing good and having a good spirit in our home.
