Hi I'm Lauren Quaife

I am a stay at home mother & wife. I make up flower pots and beds for my husband's landscaping business. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Lauren. I was born in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on the military base and I currently reside in Georgia with my husband Stephen & my daughter Abigail. I am a stay at home mother & wife. I enjoy making up beautiful flower pots & beds for my husband's landscaping business.

Why I am a Mormon

I joined the church because of the simple concept of "It just makes sense!" It all started when I met Stephen, my husband, then at the time my boyfriend after I graduated high school. He was born into the church, however decided not to go on his mission. As we dated, I became interested in the church & was nervous about the missionaries coming to speak with me. So, Stephen started to give me a few lessons of the church & much to my dismay there was absolutely nothing to be nervous about. The missionaries then started to give me lessons & soon thereafter I was baptised as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Stephen & I always joke saying that he was not meant to go on his mission, he was meant to meet & convert the woman he was supposed to marry!

How I live my faith

I live my faith by helping out with the church's Food Storage Group meetings. Food storage is a large part of our church. We recommend that everyone have at least a years supply. We do many activites to help each other save on their supply, like doing "Meals in a Jar". My husband & I try to pray daily with our daughter so that we may be able to teach her to show love and genuine kindness to those around her. Overall, I try to live my life according to the teachings of Jesus Christ. I am not perfect by any means, but I know that the effort here is worth the reward of Eternal Salvation.
