Hi I'm Josh

I was born in Wyoming. I've lived in more than 40 places. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I currently work at a web hosting company. I've been a salesman most of my adult life and my dad said that technology is where the world was heading, so that's what I sell now. I have a wife and two kids, one more on the way. One thing that separates me from others is that I've lived in over 40 different locations. Literally, I stopped counting at 40. I wasn't a military brat, we just moved alot.

Why I am a Mormon

One thing I really like about the LDS church is that it is the same everywhere. Obviously there are different cultural aspects here and there, but it is essentially the same. This was very important to me as I moved a great deal. On a couple occasions, I was in a strange area because of just having moved or I was in a different area because of work; the church was always there though. I had the same testimony of the restored gospel of Jesus Christ wether I was in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or Dublin, Ireland. And that's the way it should be. God is consistent and perfect, I couldn't imagine his true church not being consistent worldwide either.

How I live my faith

I actually just moved, go figure. I went to my new ward for the first time this week, and I'm glad to say that I can't even remember the names of everyone who came to introduce themselves because there were so many. It was testimony meeting this last week. It's a time where once a month, the members of the congregation have the option to share their feelings and thoughts about their testimony in Jesus Christ. I was grateful for the opportunity to hear others share their testimonies and how they were able to lean on our savior to help get through hard times. I'm excited for next week too, then I'll hopefully be able to remember more peoples names :-)
