Hi I'm SJ, or Sara

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a Busy Mother of 4. I am trying to become a nurse, so taking classes on and off. I just had my fourth child 5 months ago. I am a Wellness Coach part time and am currently in the process of creating a Website. We spend allot of time together, when my husband isn't busy with work ;) We enjoy the heat to a certain degree but mostly look forward to the winter times, here in the desert. I love to socialize with other Mothers around my same age! Sometimes I throw a get together with other Mothers in my neighborhood, to do a craft or something. Looking forward to the Twilight Saga, even though I didn't read all of the books ;) Hopefully, in a couple of years we can purchase our dream house, to let our children roam the backyard.

Why I am a Mormon

I have grown up in the church with my parents. I attended seminary and Institute through high school and college. When I was in college, I meant a really great guy. When he asked me to marry him, I decided that I needed to make a really important desicion. Did I really want to commit myself to this religion, by getting sealed in the Temple for Time and All Eternity. I looked back at the happy moments in my life and realized that they were the moments that I followed the principles of the Gospel. It was when I was attending Church, reading my scriptures, doing service and showing love for all of those around me. I knew that if I truely wanted to have a wonderful family, I needed to be solid on a wondererful Religion. This is in return has molded me to become who I am.

How I live my faith

I try to attend my Sunday Church Services every week. Also, work with the 13 Cub Scouts in our "ward" (church group) every Tuesday, as their CubMaster. We have fun activities at the end of every month; full of skits, songs, award cerimonies and yummy snacks. Every day I try to read from the Book Of Mormon, (which talks about Christ), listen to uplifting music, wear modest clothing, cook wholesome meals, drive my children around (school and music class) clean the house, pray, change diapers, nurse the love the babes, stay fit, scrapbook, check Facebook, take pictures, hug my husband and try to "enjoy it all". Because ultimately, I am trying to be like Christ.
