Hi I'm Jenni

I was born on the islands. Adopted by the best family ever. A missionary. I love laughing till my stomach hurts. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am the youngest in my family. I was born in the Marshall Islands, and was adopted when I was 1 by a loving Arizona family who is now my forever-family. I LOVE music, playing instruments, singing, listening - all of it has a great affect on me in my life. If there is anything that I love the more than music, it would probably be laughing, the best things happen when laughter is involved. After I serve my mission I will pursue a career as a Nurse Practitioner! I am always excited and hopeful for the future!!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the way the gospel opens up my life has given me power and strength to face the troubles and hardships in this world. Many people believe that having high standards is such a restriction, especially in the times that we live in, but that is so far from the truth - as I have followed the teachings of Christ there has been a sense of freedom and hope. I won't lie, it takes sacrifice to appreciate the path of Christ but, "As we give, we find that sacrifice brings forth the blessings of Heaven and in the end, we learn it was no sacrifice at all..." (Kimball). I have learned who I am, and what my role and purpose is on the earth. Finding where you belong can be so hard but it becomes clear as you learn and trust what the Savior has planned for you. As I learned more about my Savior - I have seen who I can become and what I am to receive as a child of God and that is a beautiful gift to receive in this life. I have chosen the path to become a missionary of Christ because everyone deserves to know the truth, and everyone deserves happiness. That is what the Gospel of Jesus Christ provides. That is what I want others to know - I want them to know Christ and find true happiness. I love this church. I love what it has taught me. I love my Savior. I know that this is the true gospel of the Living Christ. Trust it.

How I live my faith

I always try to live by my standards, and apply the gospel in my life for others to see. I love the common ground that you can find with others through different faiths and being able to share my religion with others, strengthens my beliefs and knowledge of this gospel and of my Savior Jesus Christ. I make sure that others see the joy that I get from living my gospels standards.
