Hi I'm Brandon

I'm a musician. I love to help others. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I play a lot of different musical instruments, namely the Guitar and Trumpet, and I have a wide variety of musical taste. I'm one that enjoys the outdoors. I like to go hiking and camping to be able to get out and enjoy some time away. I'm currently attending college and studying Exercise Physiology.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been a member of the Church all my life, but I never really had a testimony until I served a full-time proselyting mission for the church. I had always felt the church was true... but I never took out time to ask God if this truly was the True Church. until one day on my mission I realized "what the heck... I've never prayed to ask God to know if what I am preaching to these people is true!" so that very evening, almost three and a half years ago, I knelt down to pray. I asked God as fervently as I could to know that truly what I was preaching was true. I wanted to know. I NEEDED to know. After all, I was representing his church as a missionary! I KNOW that this is the true Church of Christ. Heavenly Father witnessed to me that the Book of Mormon is true, and that His church has been restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith and that it is lead by a living Prophet today.

How I live my faith

Considering it is my semester off from school, I don't have much of a role in the ward as I'll only be here temporarily, but I am blessed to be able to attend church every week, and to help my younger sister get to seminary every morning so that she may strengthen her testimony in the restored gospel. When I'm at school, I'm able to spend time with others my age that are strong members of the church that are able to bolster my faith and help me grow. I'm able to help others grow in testimony as I teach a Sunday class there as well.
