Hi I'm Reagan Jones

I live in Idaho, and I love the mountains. I'm always singing, so I'm always happy. I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I sing... a lot. I am in my high-school's top audition group, and I was also in the 2014 Idaho All-State Mixed Choir. I am a Sopranoaltotennorbass... but I love singing soprano! I just took third at the State Solo and Ensemble competition in the Mezzo-Soprano division, and continue to sing all the time. As cool as all of the competitions are, my favorite place to sing is in church, singing hymns and growing closer to my Heavenly Father. I am going to BYU-Idaho in the fall to study music education and vocal performance after another summer working at Redfish Lake in Stanley, Idaho. I love this Gospel, and there is nothing that makes me happier. It has given me everything that I have, and I don't even want to think about where I would be without it.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because it helps me to be a better person. I have a good support system that I can call on when life gets hard. There is often a feeling of family that is hard to find anywhere else. The book of Mormon was written for our day, and we can all learn valluable lessons from it. I can feel the love of my savior when I'm living the way that I'm supposed to and doing the right thing. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today, and forever, so why would His communication with us stop? I know that by living this way that I can be the best that I can be.

How I live my faith

I attend church every Sunday, and am in the ward choir. I go to most, if not all of the activities that help me to be a better person and get to know people. I reach my full potential when I involve myself in the church.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

One of the ways that I have come to know that this is the true and everlasting gospel is applying the things that are taught to my life and seeing how they have affected my happiness. Absolutely 100 percent of the time, I am happier when I live the Gospel, because I can feel the love that the Savior has for me when I live the way that He wants me to. Show more Show less
