Hi I'm Suzanne

I'm a Mormon. I'm a singer and a viola player. I graduated from Florida State University. I'm a wife and a mother. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife to a very cool guy. I'm a mother to 3 children. I love to bake. I'm terribly disorganized and scatter brained. I just started homeschooling my oldest (yikes!). If I don't write things on my calendar, I will inevitably forget about them. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in music. I'm a singer and a viola player (although those things have mostly been put on the back burner since becoming a mother, which is A-OK). I love to read good books and watch uplifting movies. Most of all I just love to spend time with my family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents were taught the gospel of Jesus Christ many moons ago, as young parents. So, I've grown up in the Church. My testimony of Jesus Christ and of the truthfulness of The Bible and The Book of Mormon have kept me going all my life. I've experienced many blessings from living according to the restored gospel. When our Prophet, Thomas S. Monson, speaks, the Holy Ghost bears witness to me that He is called of God. I can't deny the joy I feel in my life as I live as God wants me to. Also, I love having a sort of ready made family at church. They are the people I turn to in times of joy and in times of need or pain.

How I live my faith

Currently, I teach the 5 year old kids at church. Those kids are so awesome! Even at such a young age they know that they are children of God. They know that God loves them. I also teach my 3 children about the gospel. I try to live according to God's commandments and set a good example for my kids so that hopefully they will make good choices that will bring them joy in their lives. I'm not afraid to stand up for what I believe in. And I don't compromise my standards for anyone or anything!
