Hi I'm Jayson Kennington

I grew up on a small ranch in Wyoming. I am studying finance at the University of Wyoming. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy fishing, hunting, shooting guns, and riding horses.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family. My parents were great examples and taught me many things of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I didn't always believe it until one day I was on my knees praying to Heavenly Father and I felt the Holy Spirit tell me that the things that my parents taught me were true. I love the feeling of the Holy Spirit that I feel as I follow what Jesus Christ teaches us. This feeling makes me feel complete and balanced to tackle the challenges in my life.

How I live my faith

As members of the church we recieve special assignments to visit and strengthen other church members. I enjoy visiting other member homes and looking for ways that I can help them. Many older-aged members look forward to these visits because they are very lonely. Often times the greatest service that you can do for these people is spend some time with them. I know that this is what Christ would do if he were here.
