Hi I'm CoRi dAwN

I am a wife and a mother. I am a registered nurse. I spend a lot of time laughing. And I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am completely in love with family. Nothing brings me more happiness than my family, not just my husband and five children, but also my extended family. I love to laugh. I laugh all time, sometimes with people and at times at them and I laugh at myself. I think when someone chooses not to laugh at themselves they are missing lots of opportunities to laugh and that is just plain sad. I am a nurse, and not just any nurse, I'm a night nurse. And that means I am tired no matter how much sleep I get. But I love being a nurse. (I hate leaving my family to go to work because I love them the most.) I love to get to know people and nursing certainly gives me that opportunity. Going to nursing school with five small children was difficult. It was worth it. I hope that my children recognize the importance in getting an education. My hope is that they love to learn the same as I do.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of so very many reasons. But simply I believe The Book of Mormon to be true. Everything that is good in my life has a very direct relationship with being a "Mormon".

How I live my faith

I can give examples of things I do and things I don't do but what I think is most important is loving and serving others. That is how I live my faith. Loving and showing it. I also live my faith the best I can. Not the best my sister can or my husband or my any of my kids can, I live my faith the best I can. Each day is different some days I am a better person than other days but always I am trying to do good.
