Hi I'm Megan Ealy-Cosman

I grew up in the church and went a seperate way as a teen. It's taken a long path for me to say I'm a Mormon once again.

About Me

I am a mother of two boys and a girl. My partner and I have been together for almost 15 years now and are what some call high school sweethearts. I have spent most of my time doing schooling for an education in Social Services and am currently working on my 2nd degree at Hioghline Community College. I also was recently admitted into University of Washington pre-major to further my degree in Social Welfare. My partner is not a member and has had varying opinions on becoming one, but he has always supported me in my role as a Mormon.

Why I am a Mormon

I know that the word of God and his son Jesus Christ are true. I know that they are capable of many wonderful things and will guide you when needed. But I too know that everyone has a right to believe what they want. That was the point of origin for me. I wanted a family that would not be persecuted for our beliefs. As a teenager I strayed from the church because I didn't have any role models to show me that it was the true church. Then when I had my 1st child I realized that I wanted much moreb than just me and my partner could offer.

How I live my faith

I live, breath, and dream of my Faith. Each day I set aside time to read the Scriptures and reflect on what it means to me!! Our ward is very commited to helping others. As a family we assist the local food banks in gathering donations and passing out food to clients. Anytime there is a mmber who is in need of dinners, house chores, carpooling, etc there is always a group we can count on.
