Hi I'm LayLonnie

I'm a wife, mother, grandmother, and a heavy equipment operator. I'm a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

About Me

I work construction, pipeline and general. I have 3 children, 5 grandchildren, 5 step-children, and 12 step-grandchildren. I am married to a wonderful man who introduced me to the gospel and the LDS church and I am eternally grateful for him and my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I asked questions of my missionaries and they told me they did not have those answers but that i should read James1:5 and ask God. Now mind you I had been asking these questions my whole life and had not joined a church because of them. I sat down one night alone and prayed about it alone and then I went to my scriptures and ask God to guide me. When I opened my Bible to where I felt guided, there were all the answers I had been seeking for some 35 years. I know this church is true and that is why I'm a Mormon...

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being a ward missionary, I also try to do my best at spreading the gospel far and wide, as well as at home. I always perform service to those who need it or ask service of me. I read my scriptures and pray daily. I always try to teach my children of the gospel and direct them to learn and practice the gospel in their lives every day. I go to church on Sunday and am involved in my meetings, as well as give talks, teach, and anything else that may be needed of me. I am always telling others to pray to heavenly father and ask of him with a sincere heart and he will answer. I am not perfect, but my heavenly father and brother" Jesus Christ" is and I choose to model myself after them and live their teachings and follow their guidance.
