Hi I'm Nate

I grew up in Boise Idaho. I love singing, theater, movies, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I graduated High School in 2010. During high school the things that were important to me most was cross country and choir. I developed skills and friends from those that will last a life time as well as shaping who I am. And ever since my senior year in high school, performance and creative develoment has been a huge part of my life. After graduating from high school i began to perform with a local theater company as well as write and study movies. Movies are a huge part of my life that i know can literally have a deep unwavering impact on people as well as entertain and uplift. It is a very unique and amazing form of entertainment and is my greatest passion and i hope to soon make it my profession with some of my greatest friends. Along with movies, i love music. Music is another thing that i believe can alter someone to their very core and all can have a great appreciation for, and i surround myself with all varieties of good music. Singing, i believe, is the best way to express ourselves and any emotion. But above all, i try to surround myslef with friends and good people. It is with them that i could live my whole life without anything else.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm Mormon for many reasons but there are a couple that have significantly stood out in my life. My Mom and Dad are two of the main reasons that i am mormon. My Mom has been a convert since she was 18 years old and has held fastly to the church of jesus christ of latter-day saints ever since. We have moved around quite bit and have our fair share of hard ships, but no matter what the case my mom has always had our faith to be a foundation in her life. She has always set an example to me and has always given me support and always encouraged me to go to church but still caring for me no matter what my choice. My dad is no longer a member but has always known how important the church is to me and has loved and supported me no matter what. Being Mormon has always just made me generally happy. No matter what my situation is or how i am feeling, when i go to church and surround myself with all of the loving members, my mood is always happy after i go. The people there have such unwavering love and faith that always has the ability to rub off on you and increase your happiness. The last reasoin that i am Mormon is that i have found out for myself that it is true. In my own study and research, my own pondering and praying and reading and living my life, i know without a shadow of a doubt that it is the one TRUTH on the earth. It provides perfect knowledge and truth, explaning the unexplanable, and showing a path when there is nothing but darkness. And i know that Jesus Christ lives, that through him all happiness is possible, that Joseph Smith restored the fulness of Christ's gospel through the book of mormon. I know there is a living prophet on the earth to give us guidance and direction to reach our heavenly father. I know that if we sincerely want to know these things that we must truthfully and prayerfully seek to know for oursleves.

How I live my faith

I always try to do my best in all that i do. I try to do service for others through church activities and in community programs all over where i live. I have taught families and people when i have a church calling to do so. I am currently going on a mission to Tulsa, Oklahoma where i will teach about the gospel and help others in anyway that i can, representing Jesus Christ and doing his work on this earth.
