Hi I'm Rhonda

I'm a Mormon. I'm a Mother of three beautiful children and I have been married for 20 years to a wonderful man.

About Me

Family is everything to me, even though it can be quite challenging to keep a family together these days, my three children and husband mean the world to me. I love to exercise and go for morning walks while the world is still sleeping or getting out of bed, that is my time. It gives me time to think, pray and enjoy the peace and quite and beauty around me before my hectic day starts. I also love to eat chocolate and spend time with my girlfriends, laughing and helping each other out. I have had a variety of jobs over the years, I have mainly worked with fashion, have been a receptionist, and also a Dental assistant, but the most rewarding job has been a Mother.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints. As a young person I wasn't always happy about that, and I suppose I got to a point in my life as a teenager that I wanted to find out for myself, if these things that I had grown up with all my life were true. Bit by bit my very small testimony grew. It grew slowly by praying to my Heavenly Father, reading my scriptures, trying to make good chooses, associating with good people, and having things happen in my life that made me know and feel that I had a loving Father in Heaven, that knows me by name and wanted only the best for me and wanted to see me happy. I now can say that my testimony is stronger now that I'm an adult and I can honestly say I know that Jesus Christ and God lives and loves me very much, but my testimony is something that I have worked on daily and I continue to work on daily so I can keep strong and feel that the Lords close to me when times are tuff and I need his help.

How I live my faith

I have served in my church over the years in alot of different ways. I have served, helped others and organized many activities with the ladies of the church, the youth of the church and most recently the primary aged children. All have been rewarding and I have learnt that everyone not only has different personalities, different strenghts and talents, but we are all sons and daughters of our Father in Heaven and he wants us to love and serve one another patiently. We go to church each Sunday morning and there is nothing I look forward to more, then getting my spiritual batteries recharged for the next week I have ahead of me.
