Hi I'm Justin

There is no doubt life = happiness! I love Soccer, Snowboarding, Volleyball and just about any other sport, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Life is such a great gift from our Father in Heaven. I love every bit of it! I am a huge fan of just about any out door activity. Mainly extreme sports; snowboarding, longboarding, biking, what ever. there are so many things to enjoy.Soccer is deffinetly the best sport EVER! I've played soccer since I was four years old and love it! I traveled to England twice to play and get trained and played one year in college for BYU Hawaii befor heading of to serve a full time mission. I also think life is so much better when your enjoying it with someone. I would much rather be around someone then by myself. Even though we all go through tough times I think every situation has a positive side to it or is a blessing in disguise. I am the second oldest of four kids. My Dad is a convert and builds custom cars ( Hot Rods) for a living. My Mom has been a member of the church all her life and is a receptionist at a chiropractic office. Out of all the crazy and fun things I've done in life the Gospel of Jesus Christ still stands as the most important and influential thing to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was furtunate enough to grow up in this church. Having this background and going to church every sunday, I can say now, had a huge positive influence on my life and I am greatful everyday for my parents raising me this way. However, growing up i faced what i thought were "hard times". I knew the church was a good thing, but im not sure if I totally knew it was true. Through some persuasion from friends and direction from Great leaders I was lead to make some changes and really try to decide if this was something I trully believed. I read the Book Of Mormon. I had read parts of it, knew all the stories and had even studied it in seminary classes all through High School but had never read it cover to cover all on my own. Thats what really made the difference for me. During that time nothing super amazing happened but I recognized that things didn't bother me as much. I was really happy, Happy with what I was doing and where I was going but most important happy with who I was. I felt something I've never felt before and you wont be able to understand what I mean until you've felt it for yourself. The Book of Mormon has become a constant source of hope and peace, I know it is the word of God. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is Christs church once again on the earth. I know I have a loving Father in Heaven who has a perfect plan for my Happiness. I know this is what I want to follow forever. This is where true happiness lies.

How I live my faith

I am a huge believer that if you trully believe in something then it should influence and effect every aspect of your life. I know this life is ment to be enjoyed and that the comandments of God are there to help us accoplish that rather that hinder us as a large part of teh world would think. I think if you are going to have a good relationship with anyone you need to talk to them. Prayer has become a constant part of my life. Begining and ending eachday with prayer and prayers through out the day help me to remember my relationship with God and stay clkose to the goals I have for myself. After my morning prayer the nest thing I do everyday is read from the Book of Mormon. They say prayer is the way we talk to God and the Scriptures are the way He talks back. I feel if you start every day out super good it will be that much harder for the rest of the day to go bad and reading and praying have helped me to do that. I really have a strong testimony of Gods Plan of Happiness and because of that I try to keep a happy positive outlook on everything. Don't get me wrong it doesn't work all the time but I think you need to put as much effort into being happy as you would anything else you would want to become.
