Hi I'm Joey Angell

I grew up in Arizona. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I work part time in construction to pay for my college classes. I am married but do not yet have children. I love computers, everything about computers. I also enjoy everything to do with the out doors, like hiking, camping, house back riding, swimming, and everything else.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church so some might say that I was bound to be Mormon. I do not think that is the case though. My parents never told me that I had to be baptized. Yea, they encouraged me but that decision was mine. I can distinctly remember when I was eight years old (when I could be baptized in the church) having an understanding of that decision. I can also remember how much that choice was mine when I was interviewed by my bishop. He asked me if I was ready and if I had a testimony of the gospel. I was borrowing my parents testimony a little I am sure, but I could feel down inside that it was right and I wanted to do it. I love that choice I have never regretted it. I know that it was the right choice to make.

How I live my faith

I get to have one of the best callings in the church. I get to work with the youth. I help direct and lead 14 to 15 years old boys in scouting and in their church responsibilities . I love to work with the boys they are great you men and work hard to do what they should. I get to help teach them about the gospel and to prepare them to become great husbands and fathers. I also have the wonderful opportunity of being a home teacher and going to other members and sharing the gospel with them.
