Hi I'm Greg

I'm from the Las Vegas area. I played basketball for SVU. I'm serving in the Denver North Mission and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am an avid sports fan and have played basketball for as long as I can remember. Before my mission I was a college student. I studied biology. I have always loved the outdoors and besides basketball, I love to Backpack, Moutain Bike, Rock Climb, Kayak, Fish, ride ATVs and just about anything else you can do outside includeing sports. My parents divored when i was very young so i grew up with two distinctly different families. Both of my parents remarried and had two children. So I have two moms and two dads. I have one sister and one brother from my mom's family and two brothers from my dad. I grew up with my dad, who is a member, but saw my mom often. So i have been blessed with lots of people who love me even though the situation is not ideal.

Why I am a Mormon

I was rasied in the church by my father and grew up with friends in the church. But I did not gain a sure testimony until I left home for college. In college I began doing things I shouldn't. But then I caught myself and began preparing for my mission. I began reading from the Book of Mormion. I quickly gained a testiomony of its truthfulness when one night after i had returned home from college I was reading and all of sudden I felt a heat in my chest and at that moment I knew for my self the The Book of Mormon was true. It had taken me 18 years to find that out. And that is why I came on Mission.

How I live my faith

I am a Missionary. I teach others about the church. I serve by helping people move, paint their homes, and loving others. I meet with people who would like to learn more about our church, and help them come to a greater knowledge about the LDS church. I help others learn more about Christ and what he has done for them.
