Hi I'm Jared Aaron (JaD) :p

Currently Serving Mission in Cauayan Mission :p

About Me

I'm Jared Aaron, son of a goodly parents, I have three sisters. I enjoyed watching movies, net surfing, cooking, baking, playing piano, etc etc. I am now serving my mission here at Cauayan Mission, Nueva Vizcaya. :p

Why I am a Mormon

Well I was baptized when I was an 8 years old by my father, I am happy because both of my parents, and my two sisters are member... so I 'm just following their examples, and I'm happy with that. In my youth years, I felt... I felt alone, because I'm the only boy in family and my father is a Seaman and he's on the ship for 9 moths every years. I don't even have a friends in church, I was so quiet, and I like to be alone than to join to other youth, that makes me feels alone. I am selfish, I don't trust anybody but myself only. there was a point that I don't want to continue to attend activities and church services, but my mom shows a good example for me, that even we had a critical problems, challenges, trials... she never lose her faith to God, every Sunday morning, she always waking us up, to prepare and to go to Church. I started to read Book of Mormon when I was 13 or 14 years old for, because I really want to know for myself that, if The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith was true, I prayed about it not just once, but in many times. One night while I'm reading Book of Mormon, I pause reading... and I prayed, to know the truth... after I prayed, I felt something warm in my heart, something that I wanna ware a smile that time and that feeling proves me that I am in the right path, a path way through our Father in Heaven. Now I really cannot deny that the Book of Mormon is also the word of God and , and the, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only and true Church that Jesus Christ himself built and Joseph Smith was called to be a Prophet, and to restore the gospel of Jesus Christ in our year today. (this is not all, there's also a deeper untold story behind this) :p

How I live my faith

I'm trying to follow the example of Jesus Christ, by praying every night and day, reading the scriptures daily and to attend Church services every Sunday, and also I'm preaching the gospel to help other people to come closer unto Christ, help them strengthen their faith in him, help them to repent, help them to prepare to be baptize in Jesus Christ Church, help the to receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and to help them to Endure to the End... in short service. haha :p

Why is it important for us to take care of our bodies? Why are our bodies called temples of God in the Bible?

Jared Aaron (JaD) :p
Because our body is a gift from God... and he wants us to keep it, protect it and use it properly... :p Show more Show less
