Hi I'm Dorothy

I'm the fourth of 10 children. I love shopping. I love playing majority of sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently a junior in Highschool. I love camping and hiking/anything outdoors. I've played the piano for 9 years. I love to play sports. I hope to attend BYU. I love my family more than ever. I consider myself extremely lucky to be the third of seven girls.

Why I am a Mormon

I consider myself blessed to have always known that this church is true. Even though I've had short moments of doubt, the feeling I have during those short moments tells me that this church is true. I know that my Heavenly Father is there and knows and loves me. My parents have always done a good job at teaching me this. I love the plan of salvation because it reassures me that I will be able to be with my family for eternity. I look up to my mother, grandmother, and young women leaders as their virtue shines. I hope to be a mother and homemaker like them someday.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by studying the Book of Mormon and praying to my heavenly father on a regular basis. This helps me to think positively of others and to keep the covenants I have made with my heavenly father. I have faithful siblings who have set footstep for me to follow. I strive to be an equal example for my younger siblings. They are are my best friends. I attend early morning seminary (church class) every morning and church every sunday. I know that if I am obedient to the things heavenly father has commanded; I will be able to have my "happily ever after" even though it may be after trial and hardship. I try to constantly keep an eternal perspective to remind me what really matters.
