Hi I'm Janet

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in Salem, OR. My husband grew up in Albany OR. I am a mother of two girls my oldest girl is four years old and my youngest is 2 1/2. My husband graduated and I am currently in school. My husband and I also are foster parents for the state of Oregon. We love to just spend time as a family, especially since Oregon is home to various farm commodities. My family and I will pick berries together and also go visit various fruit stands that farmers own. I love to scrapbook and put together crafts of any kind.

Why I am a Mormon

I cant imagine being anything else. My family is very important to me and the when I was taught about how my family can be together forever it made sense to me and rang true. I cant imagine that our loving Heavenly Father would put us together here on earth to enjoy one another company grow together, learn from one another, go through trials together as a family and then when we pass from this mortal life that our family would no longer be a family unit. There has been so many times in my life that I have leaned on our Heavenly Father and have been guided by him. I know that I have been blessed with having the LDS "Mormon" church and teaching in my life.

How I live my faith

My husband and I have been given the opportunity to serve as primary teachers in our family ward (congregation). Its amazing to watch how our children are so close to our Heavenly Father. To watch and see them grow and to feel of their spirits has been a blessing in our lives. My husband loves to help serve others especially when it comes to doing service work with his father. I try to make the teaching of Jesus Christ a constant teaching in my home.
