Hi I'm Samantha

I was born in Fallriver, Massachusetts. My favorite thing to play is golf. I love my family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Sammy. I am 19 years old and I was born in Fallriver, Massachusetts. I moved to Utah when i was 5 and have been here ever since. In high school I was on the girls golf team and I was a cheerleader. I also snowboard and love to spend time with my family and friends. My family has always been there for me and I wouldn't be who i am today if it wasn't for them. I graduated high school from Pleasant Grove High and am now currently attending Utah State University and i plan on going into the medical field to become a Radiologist. Having a career where I can help people, especially kids, has always been my dream. Being on my own has taught me so many life lessons that i wouldn't have been able to learn any other way. Since I've been up at school my testimony has truly grown when it comes to daily prayer and missionary work. I was able to become close with someone in my singles ward who made the right choices and made the decision to serve a mission. I've been blessed to be around people who set such great examples and help me strive to be a better person everyday. One day I hope to marry in the temple and have a family that I can love and raise in the gospel just like my parents did for me. The gospel means everything to me and i hope that i can always be an example to others through my words and actions.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I choose to be. I was raised in this church and I wouldn't have chosen to be raised any differently. Growing up I have always had the spirit in my home and i hope that i always do. The gospel is something that makes me feel like I'm never alone. I know it's real and that It's something that will always be there for me to rely on.

How I live my faith

I'm in a singles ward and i have an amazing calling where i get to teach youth that are around my own age. Sometimes it's hard because I've never been really good at teaching in front of people but I know that the lord gave me this calling to help strengthen my testimony and grow as an individual. I hope that one day I will be able to serve a full-time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and be able to teach and share my testimony with others. I try to live my faith everyday by being an example, showing that i love the gospel, and leaving my legacy.
