Hi I'm Diana

I am happy. I have four cute boys. I love to learn. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My major role in life is the CEO of our household. On some occasions that may mean the Chief Executive Officer and at other times it means the Chief Eater of Oreos, whichever is handiest at the moment! I have a degree in accounting and business management and enjoy using my skills to keep a house of order and survive financially. I have come to realize that as a mother, I am the glue that holds our family together and keeps us going. As a family, we love to travel and see places together- especially the National Parks. Our favorite hobby is riding bikes together. There is not a better way to connect with nature and each other. We also enjoy learning together. Whenever I have a spare moment, I love to digital scrapbook and read, especially classics and historical fiction. However, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband.

Why I am a Mormon

Each day through all my ups and downs in life, I know that My Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ love me no matter how many mistakes I make. They know me personally and watch over me and they answer my prayers. I am thankful to Joseph Smith for searching for the truth and asking God for guidance. I am grateful for the Book of Mormon and every time I read it, I know it is true. I feel it inside as it testifies of Jesus Christ and helps me to be a better person. One of my favorite passages says, " . . . remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall." I am a Mormon because I want to try to build on a sure foundation. I am a Mormon because I want to be together forever with my family because they are the most important thing to me.

How I live my faith

By doing the best I can every day. By reaching out and helping others. By attending church each week and strengthening each other. By teaching my kids to love their Savior and follow in his footsteps. By helping the youth in our congregation build testimonies and strengthen character. By saying my prayers and studying the Bible and Book of Mormon. By small and simple things. By faith.
