Hi I'm George

Born and raised in WA state. I love the outdoors. Give me a worm and I'll drown it on the end of a fishing pole. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love all things outdoors. Camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, boating... you name it! I'm an avid bicyclist who's passionate about raising money and awareness for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Devoted to country music, Chevrolet, American-made products, my wife and family, and most importantly, Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church and have always known it to be true. I gained my own personal testimony when I was 16 years old. At 19, I served a two-year mission in Albuquerque, NM, where I served the Navajo people. Serving them was the most amazing experience of my life! I was able to reach out to a nation that I might not have otherwise ever crossed paths with. They taught me their nearly extinct language, how to be more humble, and what it means to truly embrace and teach Christ's love. I have always held firm to my testimony of Jesus Christ and His church by reading the scriptures, praying, going to church and to my church meetings. I love His gospel because it's easy to understand. You don't have to think big. Just open your mind and your heart, and listen. He is always here for me and my savior knows me and loves me.

How I live my faith

Scouting!!!! I love scouting. It's in my blood. I've been a merit badge counselor, I've taught the childrens' classes (Primary), and I've been a Ward Membership Clerk. Once a missionary, always a missionary.
